Using a non-stretchy string or measuring tape, wrap it firmly around your ribcage directly beneath your bust. Ensure the tape is level and parallel to the floor. Record this measurement in inches, rounding to the nearest whole number. This figure represents your band size.
Next, measure the circumference around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back and parallel to the floor. Record this number.
To find your cup size, subtract your underbust measurement (band size) from your bust measurement. The difference in inches corresponds to your cup size:
1 inch difference = A cup
2 inch difference = B cup
