1. Where We Ship

We currently provide reliable delivery to the United States, Australia, and the European Union.

  • EU Countries Covered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

  • Note on Remote Areas: Currently, we cannot deliver to remote locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and European dependent islands.

2. Shipping Rates & Plans

We offer flexible shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $49.

  • Small Orders: A flat rate of $9.89 applies to orders between $0 and $48.99.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our priority service for $12.99.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: Every order undergoes a strict quality check. Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to prepare and pack your gear.

  • Standard Shipping Estimates:

    • United States: 5–7 Business Days

    • EU & Australia: 5–8 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping Estimates:

    • All Regions: 3–6 Business Days

4. Our Carriers

To ensure the best service, we partner with industry leaders including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and GOFOR. The carrier for your order will be automatically selected based on your location and the fastest service available.

5. Transparent Pricing (Tax Included)

No surprises at checkout. All product prices are tax-inclusive, meaning the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time on our [Order Tracking Page].

7. Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your gear hasn't arrived, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation.

  2. Review your tracking status for any carrier-specific delays.

  3. If the status shows "Delivered" but you can’t find it: Check with neighbors or household members, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure spots.
