Silixwear Returns & Exchanges

At Silixwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your active lifestyle, we’re here to help make it right.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

  • Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Cancellations: We offer a full refund if your order hasn't been shipped or entered production. Once an order is on its way, it follows our standard return process.

2. Condition of Items

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in their original, "store-bought" condition:

  • Unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or pet hair.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Note: Customized or personalized items are unique to you and are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. How to Start Your Return

We’ve kept our process simple so you can get back to your workout:

  1. Email Us: Contact service@silixwear.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your package, we’ll send you an email notification.

  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! Follow the steps above to send your original item back. Once inspected, we will ship out your new selection. Note: Additional shipping fees may apply for size/color exchanges.


5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we cover 100% of the shipping costs.

  • Your Choice: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Gear

Quality is our promise. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at service@silixwear.com within 30 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will rush a replacement or full refund to you at no extra cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

While we aren’t responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" to your address, we want to help. If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, please contact us and we will guide you through the next steps with the carrier.

8. Delayed Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it can take time before a refund is officially posted).
