I love these SILIX capri yoga pants. I actually wear SILIX yoga pants almost every day of the week, whether going to an exercise class, grocery shopping, or working from home.
I'm 5'7", normally wear a size 12R jean, and ordered the XL 28". The bottom of the pants reaches right around my ankle. According to the size chart, I could have ordered either a Large or an XL, but I wanted a slightly looser fit, so I sized up.
After having kids and hitting my 50s I stopped feeling good in leggings. Too revealing, too casual. These feel like a real outfit. The lift in the back is real, not dramatic, just enough to look like yourself on a good day.
Even though I don't wear these for yoga, they make great lounge pants. The fabric is silky smooth and doesn't attract pet hair as much as some of my other leggings. The fit feels true to size and quite comfortable, though you should be aware that it's a very lightly elastic fabric with no compression, so it definitely doesn't hold you in if that's something you're looking for. The 28" inseam is just right for me to hit at the ankle, but I have proportionally short legs for my 5'6" frame, so be aware if you're taller or have longer legs, it might be more of a 3/4 length fit for you.
